These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TK8 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by TK8 ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature on the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all other policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the TK8 platform regardless of access method – whether via desktop browser, Android mobile app, iOS app, or any other device. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Deposit:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• TK8 does not accept deposits in cash or through intermediaries.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours on business days.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name — no exceptions.
• TK8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals exceeding certain limits.

TK8 does not charge any processing fees for standard transactions. However, your bank or payment service provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

General conditions applicable to all TK8 bonuses:

• Wagering requirement must be fully met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are only valid within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• TK8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or attempts to exploit promotional terms.
• Withdrawals made before the wagering requirement is met will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus balance and related wins.

TK8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Such changes will be announced on the platform and do not require separate notice to each member.

As a TK8 member, you agree to use the platform in a responsible, honest manner and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to exploit technical errors on the platform.
• Use of automation software, bots, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in table games and poker.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so to circumvent limits or restrictions imposed.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.

TK8 uses a continuous technology-assisted monitoring system to detect unusual activity. Any confirmed violation may result in immediate action including account freezing, fund retention, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and TK8. Our platform implements the highest technical safeguards, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA), but you also play an important role in keeping your account secure.

• Keep your password secure and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security.
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
• Notify TK8 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

TK8 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication asking for such sensitive information is a fraudulent attempt and should be reported to our support team.

TK8 is not liable for any losses arising from a user disclosing their login credentials to a third party or from the use of an unsecured network.

• Requests from relevant authorities.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a terms violation, TK8 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the balance in the relevant account at our discretion. For account closures requested by the member or for reasons not involving a violation, the existing balance will be returned upon completion of the necessary review.

The TK8 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". TK8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability of the platform, the accuracy of information, or its suitability for any particular purpose.

• TK8 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• TK8 is not responsible for financial decisions made by users based on gaming activity.
• TK8's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.
• TK8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Online gaming involves financial risk. You must understand that you may lose money you wager. TK8 encourages you to only use funds you can afford to lose and to play responsibly.

TK8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time based on operational requirements, regulatory changes, or platform improvements. We are committed to informing users of significant changes through the following methods:
